One of the biggest challenge I faced as a new RES was more psychological. I constantly had doubts about my own ability to survive in this real estate industry, especially when I’m an introvert.

Everyone around me told me to “trust the system”, but it was easier said than done. I did what I was taught but didn’t see immediate results and wanted to give up there and then. I’m glad I didn’t choose the easy way out and continued to trust the system.

Along the way, tons of self-doubt made me want to give up and go back to my 9-5 job but the encouragement, the support from my teammates made the tough times much more bearable.

It’s not easy finding a leader, a team who sincerely wants the best for you, celebrate your achievements with you as if it is their own, and I’m glad I found them here at BLD!

The colleagues that turned into friends! The support is very strong amongst team mates! Everyone is very willing to help one another and provide advice and assistance when required! You will never walk alone! :’)

What drew me to BLD were not just the trainings, systems and awards that were in place, but the leaders and the people.

And not once did I regret making this decision!

I started my Real Estate career in BLD as a part-timer. But soon came on full time in a few months later.

There are a few things that I love about BLD but one of it is namely the culture. BLD is always up to date with the market in terms of the trainings provided and with the trainings, it initially provided me with an upper hand when dealing with tough cases because these tough cases has been gone through with us during the trainings..

BLD has a really systematic route map especially for New RES who are unsure where or how to start their journey. So the trainings provide some form of structure to new agents to kickstart their business.

Really helped give me some sense of direction to navigate this industry.

Started my RES journey in Oct 2022 with all the trainings provided by the division. Immediately I felt a sense of belonging and familiarity within the division.

You could really feel the open and friendly culture among all the DDs and associates.

The division really emphasises a lot on mentorship in terms of both profession and personal growth, and we do conduct weekly to biweekly team meetings as well to address each and everyone’s challenges faced during work.

I love that BLD is made up of like minded people, willing to share and help one another in a cohesive and family like environment!

Apart from all the trainings we have, BLD is definitely a dynamic team that not only works hard but plays hard too. I felt welcomed when I first joined BLD, there is no hierarchy to who is more successful. We are basically like a family that motivates each other.
